  • Payments are due in accordance with the terms specified in your subscription plan. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

  • Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform and may request data export within 30 days, subject to applicable fees.

  • PIT Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Visimio.
  • Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
